can use our online store by clicking on the "Products"
link above. The online store allows you to set up an account and
pay by PayPal, a very secure way to purchase on the web. We do not
directly collect any credit card information. PayPal handles that
on their secured servers. When you set up an account on our site,
you will not have to input the shipping information every time you
visit the site. This will make more convenient the next time you
visit. And we hope you visit often. NOTICE:
When paying with PayPal always return to merchant after
paying as this will complete the transaction otherwise we will not
receive your order only the payment.
If
you choose to order by mail or phone, please still use the online
store to get the Product Information and costs.
By
mail, you can use our printable Adobe Acrobat format PDF order forms.

Shipping
Time
We
generally ship within 3 to 5 business days by UPS Ground or USPS
delivery, unless otherwise specified. If items are on back order
we will notify you of any delay of 2 weeks or more.
Returns
& Exchanges
If you
are not completely satisfied with your purchased item, simply return
it back within thirty (30) days for a full refund (less any shipping,
handling and gift wrapping charges). Also, if you need to
exchange your product for a different size, color, or alteration,
just send it back and we will promptly ship you the new product.
Returns must
be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all
original packaging and contents. Only unwashed, unworn, or
defective merchandise may be returned.
Personalized items may not be returned.
Please
send the item back to us at the address above using a traceable
shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will exchange
or refund your purchase, plus or minus postage.
Packages
must be returned pre-paid; we do not accept
C.O.D. deliveries.
- Proof
of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing
slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the
full purchase price.
- No
refunds or exchanges will be made after thirty (30) days under

- Returns

the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet

are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please
use shipping methods that can be tracked. We reccomend you
insure the parcel when shipping higher-priced items. Packages
must be returned pre-paid; we do not accept C.O.D.
- We
will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item
or if the item sent was defective.
